We have been in Catevering for 4 years, we have learned a lot about business and the pandemic has made us reinvent ourselves, we ran out of services and we had to reinvent ourselves and launch new lines of business ... The product was not prepared for these lines of business...
Catevering came to Novolabs as an established company with a good volume of sales. After a few years in the market they identified use cases that were not covered and possible improvements in the organisation of their information. Their main objective was to increase autonomous purchasing through the platform, reducing the number of emails and calls for personalised proposals.
"Working with Laura and Angel on this great challenge was really enriching. Their constant feedback and their great willingness to explain every area of their platform made this project a success".
Being a complex site, the first step of the redesign was the understanding of all its areas. This required some explanatory meetings and some documents where together we were detailing the information and clarifying doubts.
The redesign process began with the "back-office", that is, the area where the information that is later displayed on the site to the public is loaded. We redesigned its main sections, reorganising its information and adding new possibilities that facilitate the work of its internal team.
When moving to the customer platform, the main focus was on redesigning the end-to-end standalone purchasing process. We then moved forward with new functionalities such as the calendar and automatic customised orders.
The redesign process required constant teamwork, constructive daily feedback that was noticed from the first project acknowledgement meeting to the last instance where we adjusted aesthetic details. We are sure that this redesign will improve the daily shopping and working experience for Catevering and all the people who use it!
